According to me, you should repair the top as replacing the top might take more time as well as more money, so it's better you contact the best contractor for refinishing the top. I remember one of my aunts was also confused for refinishing the old bathtub or replacing it with a new one. Then she decided to refinish the bathtub from the Artistic Refinishing a bathtub refinishing experts. The Work done by them was so perfect and took less time as well as money. |

The roof is 30 years old and uses a hook system with 3mm tiles and 3 inch headlap. Many tiles have broken over the years. This winter was particularly harsh and caused lots of damage. Many more broken tiles and some of the slate hooks have bent open. Three repair est approx 80K, replace about 30K more. I lean toward a replace since the tile and hook system has not held up well. Appreciate some expert advice. |
