I am restoring an old hit and miss engine which has a steel sheet metal gas tank. I have removed the bottom of the tank and cleaned all rust with electrolisis and then ground the seams shinny . I want to solder it back together,but am having a hard time as the solder does not want to sick very well. Do you have any products which may work or help me? The metal is not galvanized. Will it be possible at all?
