Seriously, shouldn't it be more complicated. Where and when did it all go astray. Good on you to be able to make it all happen with such simple tools and yet produce functional art. |

seems like it is alive and well over there for that round stuff Chris was showing, I have drawn up a nibbler, which is basically a motorbike crankshaft geared way down, mounted under the table , the tool is a hook like thing cutting on the down stroke which would recipricate at 30 -60 strokes a minute I doubt if I,ll build it though, maybe good on very large jobs, say you had a ply pattern for those shapes Chris has shown, you would rip through them as the hook would cut convex, concave and any ole way you want at any thickness you need |

You can see in the video hes using a flat dressing iron in Scotland ours has a hook on the top for also holing the slate |
