There is just a little known financial product known as a reverse mortgage. A reverse mortgage basically sells the equity they hold in their home to a lender. It's usually only open to older individuals, but more have been getting them, and at a younger age. Article source: Number of people getting reverse mortgages climbing. It is very difficult if you don't have your own house because you need to pay for your rent monthly. You should try availing a payday loan to help you with your expenses in buying a brand new house. |

Collins, don't use it. Every plastic fake slate roof I've seen looks terrible or is so badly curled and cracked after 8 years that it needs replaced. Go with the real thing: it's the same cost, and it's time tested. |

How about it is an "experiment" They don't know how long it will last because they haven't been making it that long. They will tell you that they will give you a guarantee on it, but when push comes to shove, they will void the guarantee or go out of business. That has happened many times in the past. Cellulose fibres will absorb water! Water will expand! Expansion creates room between the fibres. "Room" allows for more water, which leads to more expansion. You get the picture. How long does this all take? Now that is the question. I don't know the answer, but then again, neither do they. Do you trust them enough to install it on your roof? It will definitely work; How long is the question. Good Luck! |
