FORE SALE::: Our company recently purchased approx 50,000 sq ft, estimated 35-40,000 usable, Ludowici roofing tiles off of an old church. There is 3 different types of tiles, Classic, Coffeyville, Small and a Large Ridge Cap (all green: some plain, some speckeled, some 2 holes, some with 1 hole ) We have Ludowici-Celadon from early 1900's, with dates on the tiles from 1917. Is that round on the back corners too? That would be really time consuming. Depending on the size of the slates and such, you had better figure about 10 to 12 hours per square. Depends on the materials handling equipment you have and the scaffolding to get up and stay there. |

Stuart, Nice looking building! That is about 3,900 square feet or 39 squares. Did you figure extras for the waste on the round turrets? I am sure the shipping to Australia will equal the cost of the slate. |
