Slate size list

I got a wall with name / address / and slate size & color on it (Ex. - Doe, John / 101 Slate St.,/ 14x24 Gr. - barn & 10x20 Bl - house). Whenever a prior customer calls in for a slate repair, I go over to the wall and look him/her up and 'bingo'! I know the exact slate to grab and am on my way. I also keep a copy of the list behind the seat of my truck.
