Look for the topics under slate roofs -Schiefermeister/ Wilde Deckung and Wild Slate Roof Covering 2- there are a few picture there of a few slate chimney and dormers. Also are site www.slateaffair.com has many other picture of slate sideing.

I wd appreciate any drawings or pictures that show different ways to slate dormers and chimney chases. I recall somewhere a "knitted edge" where the slates overlap on the corners, but cannot find a picture to show that detail to my roofer. Also, any particular ideas on flashing edges and intersections would be appreciated. Thanks for the feedback, Mark
