We live in Fl & have alot of fungus that gets on our 1955 roof. Right now also filled with oak pollen. What will maintain our roof? Suggestions are appreciated. We had someone who cleaned it every 6 mnths with an funguside, but has stopped.

About every thirty years asbestos roofing should be cleaned and recoated ( by a company that is certified in the cleaning of asbestos and the installation, in case there are broken, cracked or missing ones.
