Does anyone have information (or can direct me to find it)on reflectance and emittance values for roofing slate.

I'm guessing that reflectance will vary with surface smoothness and color. I am looking at a major renovation of a University building that will be LEED accredited. The light green Vermont slate is relatively smooth and very light in color. The slate is 80+ years old and will be left in place. I am hoping to add to the arguement for re-use by reaching for a solar reflectance credit. I think it is possible. We will be removing selected tiles and sending them for reflectance testing in the next few days. Does anyone know of reflectance studies or testing completed recently??
