If you are doing copper flashing, what do the reglets get filled with after the copper is put in place?

Depends on the size of the reglet. A wide reglet can be filled with mortar. A narrow reglet can be filled with a good quality caulk.

If caulking is used, use NP1 caulk it's the best!!!
