How can I find people who might be willing to take apprentices, offer training or hire helpers to learn (roofing) skills?
We really appreciate historic houses and restoration and the hard to find skills. If I were in Europe, this might not be such a difficulty!

I have 3 sons who I'd like to farm out! Either for career, for summers between college terms or for HS jobs to learn skills.

We're in the greater Baltimore or central SE PA commutable areas.
