The Vandey Hey tile was about the best of the concrete tile and we put on thousands of squares of it. The color was dry mixed in before the liquid was added and it tolerated the freeze thaw cycles better than others. I don't know what the lady has on her roof. |

there's not a single concrete tile on the market that lasts 30yrs here in south florida. i'm not trying to be negative, just wondering if things are different in other parts of the country. i figured concrete roofs would fail sooner in colder climates rather than later? |

Hello, I live in Bel Air MD and have a concrete tile roof in need of repair. The roof is 30 years old and leaking above the rain gutters.
