I was born in Chartridge Chesham Bucks near hp52rg, when we were 12 we went to NZ, dad was sick of building in the cold
Our house had 600 yr old tiles and oak beams from old pubs they knocked down
If I get over I'll come say Gudday

Go to Classicgutters.com. they will radius gutters for you. Either half round or the K style or box gutters in aluminum or copper.

Copper is the norm? But as we all know very few people can roll a round house gutter The reason for this is that Copper is thin, there is no such thing as heavy wall pipe, so the gutter is soldered up in short segments. Right?
Well black steel would be acceptable, because traditionally most old rooves had cast iron gutters
So my idea is to roll 4--6 inch pipe and split it
Whether you choose to galv or not is up to you
When you split pipe after forming there will be some released tension, nothing much,
Many firms doing structural steel will have roll formers
Whatever the steel way is TRAD and cheap
