Hello,

Does anyone here know: How much would it cost to add a roof deck on an existing town home in Philadelphia (center city), PA? We have a set of 2 skylights in the roof which can be lifted up to take the roof up and out to create access to the deck. If anyone could suggest an approx. cost for lifting the deck thus to create a stairway and a roofdeck (approx 15 x 15'), I'll appreciate it.
