That is sure Joe, it is the most preferred by metal workers, easier to cut and i think that is why they are selling it the way they want. |

Copper is easier to work with. It´s softer, cuts easier, doesn´t wear out your cutting tools like stainless does, and it solders more easily. It used to be much more reasonably priced and has been popular for generations. |

Yes, TCS is cheaper, although it is rising in price also. |

Joe, Given the great rise in the cost of Copper, is it now cheaper to use TCS or Stainless Steel for flashings, valleys, et al on Slate Roofs? |
