Looks like Chapman to me too. Chapman's veins aren't as soft as Pennsylvania Ribbon Black. Usually, Penn Ribbon Black has it's "ribbon's" on the upper part of the slate and not all over the faces.

Some help please...can anyone tell me what flavor these might be...almost 100 years old.

Going to need about 30 to get started with, the folks need alot of work done but we will be trying to work through a budget...one step at a time.
