I have an 80 year old home with an asbestos roof. I am currently experiencing some soffit damage as well as a leak in my kitchen. I have an insurance adjuster who is supposed to evaluate the roof as I don't believe these problems would suddenly come on without the roof being damaged. I can provide pictures of the roof and where the damage is occurring. I would like any input on a contractor to help save this roof. I love the look and quality of this roof. I don't believe my rafters would support slate and I am certain I could not afford to have this roof removed and replaced. Thanks for any help or suggestions you can provide.
