50:50 works fine. They call for pure tin in order to produce a lead free finished product. If you want pure tin solder, we can supply it in 50 lb boxes. 814-786-9085 9-5, M-F eastern time.

Product specs call for "only pure tin solder" which is seemingly hard to come by.

Has anyone used 50/50 bar solder successfully?
